EVENT VENUE PRICING


Cold Springs Farm offers several unique event settings for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more. Choose the space that best fits your guest count and vision — pricing and inclusions for each option are outlined below.

*Please note that the South Event Gardens and East Picnic Area include exclusive use of your reserved space during your rental period. As a working trout farm, catch-and-keep fishing may continue elsewhere on the property during regular business hours. For full property exclusivity, our Entire Farm option provides private access to the entire grounds.

Setting 1: South Event Gardens

This is our main event space, featuring a 1600 square foot pavilion with a covered archway leading to our paved patio area. The space also features a large lawn area, additional cement patio, gazebo, and stunning natural surroundings.

Pricing: 10 Hr Block

Mon - Wed: $2500

Thursday: $3000

Friday: $3500

Saturday: $4000

Setting 2: East Picnic Area

Our smaller event space, the East Picnic Area, is the perfect space for events with 90 guests or less. We’ve got just what you need for a birthday party, baby shower, small wedding, corporate event, family reunion, you name it. The event space features a 2200 sq ft bark area with picnic tables, a grove of mature trees with a firepit, and an open grassy area overlooking the fishing ponds.

Hourly Pricing (2 Hr Min.):

Mon - Thurs: $200

Friday: $250

Saturday: $300

5 Hr Block:

Mon - Thurs: $850

Friday: $1100

Saturday: $1250

*There is access to 15 amps of power in one corner of the event space

Setting 3: Entire Farm

Looking for more privacy on your special day? You can book the entire farm for your next event, giving you exclusive access to the South Event Gardens, the East Picnic Area, and the areas surrounding the trout ponds and animal enclosures.

Pricing: 10 Hr Block

Mon - Wed: $4750

Thursday: $5000

Friday: $6500

Saturday: $8000

*Reserved time should account for any time guests need to decorate and clean up their items at the end of the day.

*Rental of the Entire Farm area must be reserved at least 4 months in advance.

Add-Ons

Decor Package: $200

Our decor package gives you full access to our entire inventory of onsite decor items (view items here). We eliminate the stress of sourcing and transporting decor by providing a curated selection of pieces and backdrops ready for your use. This ensures you have everything you need on-site to create a beautiful, finished space on your event day.

Yard Games: $100

We have a variety of yard games including Jenga, Bocce Ball, Connect Four, Corn Hole, Checkers, Dice Games, and Ladder Ball. Rental fee includes setup and use of the entire set of games.

Alcohol fee: $400

(Please note that this fee is for any clients who wish to serve alcohol at their event. This fee does not include bartender service or the refundable cleaning/damage fee.)
