OUR HISTORY
Hello, and welcome to Cold Springs Farm and Event Venue, where over a century of history meets some seriously beautiful mountain views.
Cold Springs Trout Farm has been family-owned by the Barker family since 1924, remaining a cherished part of the North Ogden community for over a century. While continuing to operate as a working trout farm, the property has evolved into an agritourism destination and event venue. Seeing the beauty of the land they had cared for over generations, the Barkers began welcoming guests to celebrate weddings and special events on the farm. Today, each May through October, the property hosts gatherings that blend natural beauty with a rich sense of history.

Cold Springs Event Venue is one of five venues to be operated by Group 114. Our first venue, The Azalea, opened in Feb. 2020. Since then, we’ve added Crescent Hall, Amavi, River View Ranch and now Cold Springs Farm to the portfolio.
At Group 114, we are on a mission to supply the Wasatch Front with beautiful high-end venues at a mid-range budget. We strive to provide the highest level of value, convenience, transparency, and quality at each of our locations.
